firefox problem

Hi, earlier when I went on firefox it was working perfectly. Now I can't use it at all. I don't know what's caused it, does anyone know what it could be?

I can't use opera either, just ie.
And ie sucks!!

check any av/firewall software you have running and make sure outbound access is not blocked?

If all else fails try AOL Explorer, I find it quite good.

ok, check that Nortons Anti Worm system has not blocked it, check firewall, check windows firewall, check you have latest ver of firefox, reinstall firefox,
check windows update for updates, sometimes that helps.

are you using a router or modem? USB or ethernet?

There is an upgrade for firefox available here. Should sort your problems.

i found it reasonable however it does take a load of memory to use ... so its a big nono

I did, the update makes browsing easier, if he can't run opera, he's got SERIOUS problems
