Anyone having any problems with it?

All of a sudden certain websites are not being displayed properly, especially backgrounds which are coming up plain white, and no display of graphics.

Any idea why?

nufc was a little slow to respond, though both sites are generally fine for me.

Do you have Javascript enabled in the browser? Perhaps one of your add-ons is blocking some elements.

Aye.

I do have 'no script' installed, but allow those pages, and they've both been fine for months with no script installed, then all of a sudden some site are displaying funny.

I'd assumed it was NoScript tbh. I have nothing more to suggest except for saving your bookmarks to file and reinstalling Firefox...

Just re-installed it, no change.

But for example on Digital spy, if i go into a story, its the same, but then if i go into the Big Brother section, its all fine and how it should be, strange.

Very odd. If you do find the problem/solution, please bump the thread. I'd be interested to see what's going on there. :)

Reinstalling is almost a complete waste of time, because it won't touch the one thing that's most likely to cause problems - your profile.
A much better idea would be to try safe mode (which will disable all your extensions), and to backup and trash your profile, and start again (importing bookmarks and other bits if need be).

What version are you using too?

ive been gettin this problem too. ive also got the 'all-in-one gestures' extension installed and that keeps messig up too. i end up having to restart firefox everynow and again.

May not be the cause of your problems, but I found a problem with Zonealarm Security 6.5. It worked fine with IE7, but some sites took an age to load in FF 2. Turned out to be the Fasterfox extension - with disabled settings or with it removed Firefox works great with Zonealarm.

Hope this helps
