For some reason the Google search bar built into Firefox has change to Google.com rather than Google.co.uk, which is annoying me quite a lot. Does anyone know how to change it back to google.co.uk?

I've tried resetting the search engines to default and reinstalling, both don't do anything.

Thanks.

This has a quicksearch for Google UK, but it should have come with a Google.co.uk quicksearch from the start - what does the text at the bottom of the Help -> About box say?
For 2.0.0.4, it should say
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.8.1.4) Gecko/20070515 Firefox/2.0.0.4

It goes by the locale of the build you're running from the looks of it. en-GB 2.0.0.4 gets offered en-GB download, en-US trunk gets offered en-US.

Anyone that wants an en-GB build can get one from this link.

Only en-US comes with a dictionary. The rest you have to download the dictionary from addons.mozilla.org (licensing issue).

That fixed it. I just had to install the Google UK search.

It changed when I manually clicked on the "Go to Google.com", when I was on Google.co.uk. I was trying to use the american product search, but I couldn't get it to switch back to the UK product search.

Thanks a lot mate.
