Firefox - removing annoying program shortcut on toolbar

Hi guys, I'm trying out a bit of online roulette and mistakening ignored to uncheck 'add program shortcut to my toolbar in firefox' when installing it.

I now have an annoying shortcut to said program on my bookmarks toolbar, I can't delete it, I have uninstalled the program it opens but it's still there and now just links to the homepage!

Can anyone help me with getting rid of it? Thanks.

Is it in your extensions list to uninstall?

Tools->Add-ons->Extensions

That's what it looks like when I right click it, it acts like I'm right clicking on a blank space in the firefox toolbars, thus giving me the customize etc options.

Yes, it was I checked there but must have missed it.
