firefox skin problem

My firefox looks like this

but should look like this

why is it not completly skinned with aero/glass effect , it used to be :s, win7 and vista are the same, no matter what skin i use.

Looks like different skins to me, also "Firefox China Edition" could mean something?

Firstly you need to hide the menubar for a menu (can be done via an extension like Compact Menu) and secondly you need an extension like Glasser to give the aero glass.
