firefox slow

Am i missing something - my firefox 2.0.0.14 is really slow at loading pages - it seems to be loading each and every image individually [rather than caching it], even if they are the same file name - e.g the forum index pictures, smileys etc.

never noticed this with the previous version.

Sounds like you've disabled the cache.

Using the Web Developer extension?
Check browser.cache.disk.enable and browser.cache.memory.enable - they should both be set to true.

ive had this happen a lot with firefox, tried reinstalling it, seems to go back to loading everything though after a week or two.
