FireFox: 'The Connection was reset' message!!?

Since yesterday i have been getting the error message 'The Connection was reset' ever few webpages i load, im also getting Ads that pop up on certain parts of the screen with the same message, even as im typing this there is 2 Ads either side of this text box....

I have Adblocker as a add-on for Firefox but disabling that doesnt help the issue, anyone have any ideas on this problem?

looks like something has infected your firefox. i'd be doing a full system scan and resetting firefox.

^That as some have started to add advertising elements into their add-ons.

Also, there isn't an add-on called adblocker available for firefox (I just checked by name and nothing matched) so you might be better off using a proper ad blocking add-on like adblock plus.

Looks like Firefox has been infected. Does it happen with other browsers? It looks like the opposite version of Adblock Plus
