firefox update scanner

hi is there a firefox addon that can check when a web page has been updated, i have one but it won't work with sites that require me to login to check

i wish firefox would just open, then scan for updates and silently install them all

-edit, I mean program and addon updates, not websites


i've used that check4change before, great tool
