We recently got the deeds to our house + insurance details etc sent to us as the company who was holding them is now charging £300 a year for the service

So want something safe and secure to keep the key documents in just in case.

Title Register held by the Land Registry proves title ownership of the property/land. The old bundle of deed documents are nothing more than keepsakes now.

Some solicitors will store them for free or a nominal charge if you used them in your house purchase.
