Firewall and Antivirus Software

What does everyone use / recommend??

Does anyone just go native?

I use the built in Firewall with a few tweaks and no AV. I trust the AV on all the Windows machines I connect to not to be crap.

Cool, have been running it native for about 3 months and just had a mini-panic today while sat in work sorting some firewall rules out.
