firewall help

ive just installed microsoft security essentials for my windows xp laptop, i need to know if i must also get a free firewall program?

or does mse have a firewall also?

yeah thanks just noticed windows firewall in the security centre , do you think thats ok to use as i only really use my laptop to surf the net every now and again?
