Firewall

I know everybody has a different opinion, but I guess I should be using something a little more capable than windows firewall. What should I get? I don't want it with 120 different extras and stuff, just a single firewall. Is there anything free which is substantial?

do you have a router between you and the internet?

if so, then windows firewall is more than you need really

What OS are you running aswell? Some firewalls aren't Vista compatible yet.

I see. I have a router, but I turned the firewall off it, cause it interferes with "certain" programs as you know. Running both XP and Vista.

In XP I would use Sygate
