Firewire, PCI + Motherboard?

I'm adding a Ti Firewire PCI card to my new build when I get it.

However, will this cause any issues or clashes with the motherboard firewire?

As the Ti won't have front panel connectivity.

Shouldn't make the slightest bit of difference, they will be acting independently of each other. It would be the same as if you added multiple network cards to your PC, each will work independently of each other.
