First boot problems

Okay, first boot of my machine:

CPU fan working, GPU fan working. Case fan half moved on power-on but didn't start spinning.

I've got nothing showing up on my monitor, and no lights showing on my keyboard either.

I hit the reset button, and got 4 long beeps.

It only did the beeps after I hit restart, not on the initial boot.

There was nothing in the manual that said 4 long beeps. For 'continuous long beeps' it says graphics card error.

I took out the graphics card and plugged the monitor into the mobo's DVI and booted again.

Same thing happened, except this time, the case fan was spinning normally. Still no signal on the monitor and no lights on the keyboard. No beeps. I hit reset, go the same beeps as before.

I stripped it all back down earlier on, it looks as though I've isolated the problem to a dodgy RAM stick.

It's started fine on the other stick (and is installing windows now). When it's done, I'll try the suspect stick one more time.

What's the OC returns policy should the stick turn out to be no good?

Check both sticks, if one works and one dont, then you will have to send both back im affraid. If they both work but only alone, then you may have to adjust the ram voltage in the bios.
