First Build - First Problem

Just finished putting together my first build, on a Gigabyte DS3R board.

First problem is that the SATA DVD drive is not recognised in the BIOS, so I can't install windows yet.
I do have 2 IDE optical drives in my other PC - will I need to remove one and temporarily attach it before I can install windows or is there a way round it using my SATA one?
