First Build - Help with spec please

So this is my first build which will be used for gaming. I have a budget of £900-£1000 and want it to be very future proof as i plan to upgrade to the new CPUs and GPUs in time. I'll be attempting to OC and may also be looking at SLI in the future. I already have mouse, keyboard, monitor and OS so it's just the components.

So far i have:
GeForce GTX 580 1536MB GDDR5 - £330
2nd Generation Intel® Core? i5 2500K 3.30GHz Socket LGA1155 - £160
PowerStation Black Edition 750W Silent ATX2 Modular Power Supply £65

Total: £638

I need help choosing the rest and if anyone can see a way to improve my spec so far i'd appreciate it too. Thanks

For the motherboard, is the the extreme 4 worth it over the extreme 3? as the extreme 3 seems to be £30 cheaper.

Extreme4 has a 3rd PCIe 2 more SataIII and more USB3.0 and more power phases for better overclocking and a front usb 3 panel but the choice is yours.

Ok thanks. Also, is an SSD worth the extra £ in gaming? I'd save a lot going for http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HD-082-SA&tool=3
unless there are or will be any big benefits to going SSD in the future?
