First build list

Hi everybody,

First post here.

Was hoping someone could cast their eyes over my build list real quick and point out if I have made any mistakes in selecting hardware.

The main function of this build will be playing Minecraft at highest settings, watching videos off YouTube and general Internet usage.

I have a mouse, keyboard, optical drive and an old 80gb HDD, I was also hoping to use my tv as monitor via hdmi (32/37" I can't remember) & i will be running windows 7

Does the above seem ok to you?
I only ask because about 2 weeks ago I knew nothing about what a computer consisted of so I must have something wrong.

Recommendations/suggestions welcome.

Total cost of above comes in at £765.19
Would say that's about my limit budget wise.

Hi

This has a better graphics card, which should last you more than the GTX750.

The LED strips take up less room than a Cathode tube.

You don't really need more than 8GB ram for a gaming pc.

Imo this RAM is better, though slightly slower it looks better However both are excellent choices, that spec is great imo
You could sell the games that come with the GPU to recoup some money

Thanks for the heads up on selling the games too, didn't even notice it came with them at first.

Think i will go for the Kingston RAM based on aesthetics.
