First build setup

Hi guys, I've just built my first pc and have a couple of questions.

My mobo is a GA-965P-DS4. I don't have a floppy drive to install SATA drivers but Windows recognizes my hard disk when RAID/AHCI is disabled in the BIOS. Am I losing out on a lot by disabling this?

Also, I've just noticed in the BIOS that the FSB (CPU host freq.) is set to 200, should I set this to 266 (conroe E6400)?

I was recommended over at the Corsair forums to set the RAM voltage to 2.1v, however I can't see the current vDimm, it just says "OK" so how do I know how much to raise it by to reach 2.1v?

I would leave the vdimm well alone for now. I heard that the Gigabyte boards only operate on 1.8V. When I raised the vdimm to 1.9 on my DS3 it died.

Thanks for the warning fenderbass, I'll leave it alone unless I have problems.

So I just change the FSB to 266 and leave the memory multiplier set to auto (800Mhz) then yeah?

I upped my fsb to 340 and set my E6400 multiplier from 6, to 8. Got 2.7GHz out of it. Sham the memory and voltage is holding it back.
