My budget is around £850 for just the box, I already have a keyboard and mouse and will be using a 32 inch HD lcd for the screen. I dont game much at the moment (dell laptop) but may upgrade the grapics card in about a years time when DX10 is more established and cheaper.
What I am mainly after is a powerful and reasonable quite rig for video encoding, photoshop and maybe getting into the world of pc gaming. Any thoughts or recomendatins welcome before I order.

). As for gaming, I used to enjoy playing the likes of far cry, Black and white 2, Battle for middle earth, but my poor old laptop nvidia 6800 card struggles to play any newer games at decent frame rates so I'm hoping the 7900gs will be a decent upgrade until DX10 cards and games are more reasonable.
