First build troubles. Help!!

Hi guys, I just completed my first build and I'm really excited. I have one problem I'd love you to help me out with. My front panel connectors are not working and I don't know why. I have connected all the cables to the MB properly but the story is still the same. The only headers responding are the USB 3.0 ports in the front, which means I can only start the PC with the MB power button.
So my;
Reset SW
Power SW
HDD Led
Power Led
F Audio
are all not responding. I will really appreciate it if someone can help. :confused:

Do you have the small black connectors, with white text on them, properly connected to the motherboard ??
You can see that in your boards manual.

Yes they have labels on them. I have managed to get the others working. However, the reset and Power sw are still not responding.

Now its only the power and reset. I'm starting to think it might be from the case.

Short the two pins directly on the board and see if it works then.

If it does its the cables/switch.
