First build, What tools/extras are needed?

I know I will have to buy some thermal paste but what else am I going to need?

Do I really need the anti-static wristband?

Is It likely am going to need extensions for the cabling?

The zip ties are a must.

Is there anything I am forgetting that could delay my build when I am finally ready to order next Sat?

Got a cheapo magnetic screw driver, sure it will get the job done

I am gonna spend a lot of time on cable management. Was thinking a modular psu is the way forward but I don't want to spend too much. I was gonna go with the Corsair TX 650W.
