First build - white

Hey guys. Been scouring around and finally feel like i've made up my mind. Please add any thoughts suggestions as it's my first build.

Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16 GB​

Firstly it is against forum rules to link to competitors so the river forest link should be removed. I have 4 sticks of that exact ram in my pc , hard to get white ram at a decent price.

Other than that there is nothing crazy going on and it will be an excellent PC. I would say change the 5800x for a 5700x and save £40 but other than that it is a perfectly acceptable white build. I looked at the options for an Intel 12600k with B660/Z690 and it does come to a fair bit more than 5700x and B550 so AMD is a decent value proposition in the current market.

I was going to say drop the white build and go for a 3080 but it seems they jumped in price by £100 overnight so the 3070 looks decent value, If you are wedded to a white build then you may want to shop around for a 6700xt Hellhound Spectral card and see what is available, gives comparable performance to a 3070. If you really need Nv then Asus do white 3070 but once again hard to find. All depends on price at the end of the day in the mid range and for white your choices are limited ...unless you want to get the spray can out.

Thanks. I never realised that. First post, OC don't have any White ram at a nice price for me, but i've unlinked now.
I had exactly the same dilemma with the 12600k and found with AMD being on sale and the B550 it was a no brainer for me.
Will have a look into the suggestions thanks
