First build, will this work together?

Good evening all, i have spent some time reading this forum and have decided on taking the plunge to build my own pc.
I don't really play games, however i would still like the option too, mostly it will be used for web, video editing and connecting to my Samsung Series 6 tv to watch movies.
I had planned on a budget of between £500 - £600 without O/S, keyboard,mouse. However as you can see below i completely stuffed my budget. I kinda have my heart on the Q6600 and from what i have read the 4850 card is the one for me.
Any help or suggestions would be gratefully received. Thank you in advance for reading this far.

Because its my first build what ancillary stuff will i require (tools, cables, glue, Valium, etc)?

I'd choose this only due to it being cheaper & slightly quieter unlike the chav900 gamer case
