Welcome to the forums, that looks like a good system. As Shine says a Corsair HX 520w PSU is a nice choice, case wise the Akasa Zen is decent for ~£30 or the Lian-Li PC7+ for ~£50. :)

they look like good psu's but i dont have a clue about psu's so i am just going by what i have read on the forums

on the cases i am not worried about the price as i will most probably buy a cheapish case for the moment until i have the money to buy a case i find is a good one for cooling as i will be overclocking in the future

I recommend the Corsair range of PSUs, HX520W or HX620W

Also, i recommend the Lian-Li PC-7+, its a great case.

If you are looking to overclock, i would invest in a good heatsink.

for the heatsink i was thinking about the tuniq tower

Sounds good, if you are after quiteness, look around for a Scythe Ninja Rev. B, as they have an optional fan, which is included in the box, but you don't have to put it on, so the heatsink is silent.
