First Build

So this is my first build.
I have now bought all the parts and am ready to start building

Are there any parts that will not work from stock together?
If so what will I need to tweak?
I am not interested in OC at present (still learning)
I just want to connect and optimize for my 3D work.

i would buy q6600 and x48 with ddr2 support not ddr3 save u quite a lot of money an then u can buy better gpu

Already paid for and delivered.
I mainly use Lightwave. A better video card is a waste of money for that software.
