First car for a female? Which?

Hi,

Well i have found out a few things. She is going to be 18 soon, and she will be wanting to get a car when she passes. Speed isnt that important really, comfort and looks are more of a concern for her. Also a cheaper car to run would be helpful.

Now the budget, £2900 max for car, fuel and insurance.

Edit - It cannot be a Micra or a Peugeot.
