First card not being detected on new mobo

Hello guys

Just upgraded to a 2600K, ASUS WS Revolution and 4GB of Corsair Dominator RAM, I have 2 x GTX570's installed, one in the top PCI-E lane and the second card in the second PCI-E lane.

The second card has been detected and is working fine, but the first card hasnt been detected at all, just like its not installed.

I've checked the power cables, made sure its seated correctly but no joy..

Any idea's guys?

Try each card individually in the top slot, are both ok?

I'm not sure, I'll have to drain my loop tonight to find out : /
