First Case Upgrade

Hey everyone I'm looking to upgrade my case from one I've had for approximately 7 years when I purchased it as a prebuilt Athlon II X2 255 machine.

I'm upgrading my components to go along with a Ryzen CPU so I thought now would be a good time to get a new case.

My budget is ~£100 depending on the, if any, reputation of the case/brand.
The main reason I'm looking to upgrade is for cooling performance (and easier cable management) I would like to have good airflow with acceptable sound levels. My current setup with two crappy fans doesn't provide enough airflow and results in the 212 EVO on my FX-8350 to constantly be 60c which might be fine but I would like that to be lower.

My situation is that the case is under my desk and barely visible so I wouldn't want to pay a premium for flashy RGB lights.
It currently and probably will continue to sit on wooden blocks, just above carpet, so I wouldn't like something that draws all the intake from the bottom.
I don't really have a problem with dust but I assume every case comes with decent dust filters?
I'll be using a mATX motherboard for now but definitely would like to have the case be able to fit a ATX motherboard for the future.
Also in case it's relevant my current PSU is the 'Corsair CX Series™ Modular CX600M ATX Power Supply' seemed to be bigger than my old one because this blocks access to the single top fan slot I have.
I also do not need a CD/DVD Drive slot.

Would be great to hear if anyone has recommendation that fit the description.

You have a huge choice available to you so maybe refining it a bit more will help.

The majority of Phanteks cases immediately spring to mind.
