the os might be a problem, that' you can only use until march before the 2 hour shut offs. Might be worth pre-ordering the os asap.

It's okay, it should obivously work but don't you think that's a little to easy?

looking at it for a budget pc it should be okay (what sort of price total is it?) but they're not anything there that's brilliant.

Normally you'll have a favourite component but nothing stands out as being spectacular.

Do you mean this is your first build?

hi kenny
just been reading other posts and forums,
about ddr2 v ddr3 some for, others against.
is there a real world or difference,
thats why i choose ddr2 ram and mobo.
thanks, and also thanks to dr4gonf1y
have to go soon ,for work at 6am.

My old 775 based board was maxed out to 8gb @800mhz

I didn't use 50% at best. If you go ddr3 you must have atleast 1333mhz or atleast have 4gb but at 1600mhz, that's where I'd say you'd see the best performance

Kenny's spec looks good.

You should be looking at DDR3 and AM3 as they will be easier to upgrade in the future.

Don't worry about building it your self, there are plenty of tutorials on the internet, and there is always someone here to help.
