If your buying within a week then get the retail version of the 2500K. its £2 cheaper and has a longer warranty on it.
also you can get this cooler for the same price as the Arctic Cooler:
Corsair A50 High-Performance CPU Cooler

As long as everything is in stock, you'll get it monday. (pending natural disasters)

Your motherboard is on preorder, so you might have to wait untill they get it into stock for the whole order to be shipped.

Looks very good.

I would suggest a few changes, but nothing major:

-This GPU instead (or this one if you don't already have the game).
-The retail CPU, which is slightly cheaper at the moment and comes with 2 years more warranty.
-This kit of low-profile RAM so you don't have any issues with RAM heatsinks interfering with the CPU cooler.
-This PSU (review here).
