First Direct available balance

Is it just me, or is this completely missing from the accounts screen on both the internet site and within the mobile app (iOS)?

If have to go to make a payment before it will show me what my available balance is. The one on the accounts screen is the account balance without pending transactions.

Seems a bit archaic to me? Their internet banking isn't the best being fully honest but I'd expect something like this to be fundamental.

Yeah it's annoying, I always find the balance totally inaccurate.

It's there. Tap the little '>' symbol on the Transactions screen. just to the right of the account name and number.

I paid £2k onto my 123 credit card yesterday, it's cleared on the credit card, not even just as the available balance, but the balance itself. Still showing in my FD current account. I bet it won't go till after 4pm today or so. Highly frustrating.

If you press '1st Account' on the app, then click the little arrow above the 'Pending' option, that shows you.

Yep on the mobile app. It's always been there. Not particularly obvious I guess, but it clicks through to an account details screen.

Think on the actual internet banking if you go to make a payment it shows your balance and available balance. Why it's not on the main account page the lord only knows.
