Hi there, is there anything particular you wish to do with it as that would help when suggesting parts:), it's also worth mentioning that sandybridge (new intel generation of CPU'S) will be released shortly so if you don't need a PC immediately it may be worth waiting.

bit of everything realy gaming movies music most thing u can think of a want a pc capable of it , yeh somboday says to me about them are they doing an i7 as somone told me they were doing a new i5 that will be better than the current i7 950 am looking at ???

Yeah if you can, youre best waiting a coupla weeks, if not and you really need a PC now then Id recomend a bit better gfx card, the 460s good but is underpowered compared to the rest of the pc, a 570 would be nice, theres no need to get the 2000MHz RAM, 1600 is perfectly fine, and velociraptors have had their day, best thing now is a SSD for your boot drive/main apps backed up by a larger mechanical storage drive

Edit: Yeah the new SB due out shortly is only a replacement of the current mid series (i5/i7 8 series) the high end (i7 9 series) isnt due out til much later in the year
If you want a guide of what i7 set up Id go with today then its this

think ill need you as guide line on this build mate lol whats dual channel ram ? any suggestions what ram aye should use ?

dual channel (2 matching sticks together) is whats currently used by all AMD and intels socket 1156 (i5 and i7 8 series), triple channel (3 matching sticks together) is currently only used by Intels 1366 socket (i7 9 series)
As I say I think SB will use dual channel, there will prob be some new RAM releases too I gather, faster stuff, but if not then the stuff which is currently available would be this or similar

Dont worry bout not being sure, thats what these forums are for :D

still no sure about getting the ssd theres just no enuff room on they things for me ive got a load a games in my steam account that ayell want to put on the new machine , if you pack a ssd full a data will it slow down like other hhd ?

no, SSD can run near full capacity, I use a 160gig X25M and still got 40 gig free but I dont install all games at same time, I tend to have bout 8 on there, if theres any other older games you like to play now n then you can install them on the mechanical, just keep the SSD for your current/fave games
