First Ever Build...!
My first build is about to commence.! Got everything here ready, except 2 asaka vipers which should be here tomorrow.

I have the following components:

Amd FX8320
Asus crosshair V formula-Z
Asus HD7990
Asus PCE-AC68 wireless card
Samsung SSD 250GB
Seagate 3TB HDD x 2
Kingston HyperX Genesis 4GB (1600) x 2
Corsair Carbide 500r
Corsair AX850
Corsair H100i
Sentry 2 Fan Controller
6 fans (scythe and noctua)
2 fan guards
1 fan filter
Fan pins and washers
Samsung optical drive
Prolimatech nano 3 thermal paste
Windows 7
Aula keyboard, mouse and mat.

Question.!

My SSD, HDD and Optical drive all have Sata connectors, so I have connected them but I don't know where they go on the motherboard, there is a red station where all the ports go but does it matter where I plug them in, there are 8 sata ports on the red station on the mobo.

Cheers mate! I put the Ssd in port 1 and optical in port 2 then, leaving the HDDs out at the moment, can rearrange later..

Where do I plug the fans in the H100i? I have the other 4 in the sentry fan controller, and another 2 already connected to the case controller.

In the side of the H100i socket head, there is a port of some kind, not for fans, anyone know what it's for..?

Still no luck with this, I took everything out and reseated them back in, still have no signal going to the monitor, have used dvi-hdmi and dvi-dvi and nothing.

The mobo is displaying code 66

I only have 2 connections, a dvi from the graphics card going to the dvi port in the monitor, and a USB for the keyboard.

All the case fans are running, and the extras I put in, the fans on the GPU are running, the h100i heatseat socket is lite up.

Code 66 - CPU DXE initialisation is started.

When I turn the pc on it doesn't even beep..?

When I press the clear CMOS button is turns the pc off.

Tried that mate, still only have 1 stick in as per the manual, the furthers red lane from CPU

I've tried a single stick in both red lanes, I'll try the black ones now.

Nop didn't change the code in those lanes.

Might give that ago tomorrow, although I put thermal paste on the top and don't have anything to clean it off..!

The CPU does get warm when the pc is running so Im quite sure it has power going through.
