First ever overclock , advice please.

Hi, Could i ask for some advice please.
My Spec is,

Intel core i7 930 2.8G s1366
ASUS Rampage 11 extreme X58
6GB 3x2 CMP6GX3M3A1600C8 DHX
1536MB EVGA GTX480 PCI-E
750 CM Extreme GX 80+ PSU
T/R Ultra - 120 extreme 1366
150G WD WD1500HLFS Veloctrap
2x500GB Hard Drives

I have overclocked for the first time and going by the info could anyone advise if all looks ok .

Thank you for your advice, I have the voltage set to AUTO, where would I find the correct voltage to add , would I find this when running CPU-Z on idele.

Try 1.3v and drop speed down to 4ghz

In your second screenshot change cpu voltage from auto

I don't know much about overclocking that cpu but 1.43v is way too high

same here about the cpu.
always take the voltage of auto and manually set the voltage yourself in the bios.
when you change it to manual, it will then display the voltage, just raise it (pic 2)
also you dont need to post all the prime results, just do a screen grab after a couple of hours
