Hi there, I was just wondering if anyone would be kind enough to help talk me through overclocking my CPU for the first time?

I have just built my new Rig with this motherboard and CPU:

Asus Maximus VII Ranger Intel Z97 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard
Intel Core i5-4690K 3.50GHz (Devil's Canyon) Socket LGA1150 Processor

Everything has been running fine for about a week now so I would really like to overclock my CPU and I've read that this CPU is good for overclocking. Also they say these Rog boards are good because the bios is very nice too.

I have browsed through the Bios and checked out all the options myself as I managed to change my ram speed from 1600mhz to 2400mhz but I don't really know how to manually set the options for the CPU overclock.

I have read the beginners tutorial on this forum which basically explains a lot of information and was very helpful because it shows you a 5 stage process but I was wondering if anyone could be more direct in telling me the values for my specific motherboard and CPU?

Thanks in advance :D
