First Gaming PC

Hey guys looking to buy my first gaming pc however I don't really know where to start. I would like to keep it as cheap as possible incase I don't use it as much as I am intending however I would like to be able to play the vast majority of games without too much hassle, any suggestions?

You must have a rough idea on how much you would like to spend/

Do you need everything such as monitor, keyboard, windows? can you build a pc yourself?

Yes I would need everything and ideally up to £700 all in but could go a little if it was necessary and I may be able to build it myself but I would prefer not to if I can help it
