Or there's this system (in budget), which I have dropped the graphics card to a 6870 but included a CPU cooler so you can overclock :)
Motherboard supports CrossFire but not SLi.

What resolution is your monitor?

Cheers for that. Well for the moment i was gonna use my 32ins led tv as a monitor. I was told this would be ok?

i was told that this mobo is good MSI Z77A-G45 Intel Z77 and i should use it. Is there much difference to the one you picked?

That TV should be fine.
Both boards support CrossFire, the MSI one seems to cost more though and the Gigabyte one supports Lucid MVP, which gives you better framerates and helps system responsiveness.

It uses system power only when it needs it and can combine Discrete GPUs with the Integrated Graphics in the i5 3570k to give better performance, to put it simply.

slightly tweaked lukieboy's 1st spec. i think this will offer best bang for buck.
although some components are out of stock at the moment

changed from retail to oem for cost savings
changed from wd hdd to seagate hdd for cost savings
changed psu to xfx 450 (but out of stock) seasonic psu, cheap for the quality
changed case to xigmatek asgard pro, good budget case (but out of stock)
added a heatsink from the cost savings, allowing you to overclock right of the bat
changed optical drive for cost savings

some of the items are on weekly sales (like the mobo and gpu above) so its best to check back when you are ready to pull the trigger. as offers change weekly, the best spec now may not be the best spec next week

as for out of stock items, i think they'll ship the whole order when the out of stock items come back in stock

cool , im just after comp that will last awhile and give me a good gaming experience. I not expecting a miracle with the budget ive got but something half decent would be nice

Can always mount the SSD on the back of the mobo tray, makes cabling neater and preserves space, as there are no moving parts noise isn't a concern.
