first Gen OC Gene

hey guys,

i always seem to mess an overclock us when i try it in the bios so i just use my OC gene button.

it only takes my CPU to 3.6ghz and it puts out some heat aswell, i think the mobo is pushing to much volts through it that is dosent need.

so will updating the bios make OC gene better aswell or not?

Auto overclocking is the devil for pumping extra unwanted volts through your chip, the best way to establish an overclock is to do it yourself.
