First GPU OC any good?

Hi this is the first time I have really tinkered around with GPU tweak with my 7850 (rather than using the built in default profiles) and I think I got a nice stable overclock. I would though, like to know what the people who actually know quite a thing or two about overclocking think about this overclock. I am doing it right? Is this stable? Is there anything i can do to improve?

Really? wow I didn't even know that they could be private in the first place. Anyway here's the speeds and voltages

GPU Clock - 100MHz
GPU Voltage - 1200mV
Memory Clock - 5300MHz
Fan Speed - User Defined
Power Target - 110%
 
Here's another attempt at that image let me know if you can see it, if not i've typed out all the speeds etc above.

Allright thanks so you recon that's stable for the 7850? this was my first real attempt at a decent over clock :P
