I don't see a radiator. You probably wont need 4 lots of pipes, even with waste from failed bends 2 packs should be plenty. The rest looks fine, you could probably save some money on the pipe bending kit, buy a generic heat gun and some silicone tubing for the insert, I found the plastic angle bits weren't all that helpful and it can be done easily enough by eye.

Pump?

I'm doing my first hard line build too. Nearly complete. I've used 6 x 500mm so far, had to order 1 more due to waste and "experimenting"...

I'm using a paint stripping heat gun from Wickes, 2 heat settings works fine.

From my experience so far tight short runs are not easy. Tube heats up and deforms at the end so you are left with bending further out and trimming. I've been using a Dremmel to sand down the ends. I've got an RX360 up top and the distro ports at the top of the res are real close, though I'm using the Radikult distro not the EK one, ended up using 2 x 45s. Also found take plenty of time chamfering the ends, I'm sure I've damaged some O rings. Will need to wait for my last tube to test...

With the distro you will want 2 or 4 90s for graphics card and chipset block if you are using one.

For coolant I was thinking of Mahems X1, not decided on colour yet.

Hi,

With hard tubing the first time you will mess up a lot, get as many tubes are you think you will need to get the hang of it.
I have read from various sources that the Monsoon tubes are not the 16mm OD they advertise, please look into that.

I noticed that you are missing a pump and a radiator from your list but also consider this: Maintenance.

You should also add a T Junction (3F), M2M extender, a drain valve and a plug.
Additionally you will probably want a temp probe somewhere in your loop, this can go anywhere really so you could get a 4F junction instead.

You also need a soft tubing fitting and little bit of soft tubing for not only draining, but pressure testing.

Sorry! Not cheap but my two cents. :)

Tube heats up and deforms at the end so you are left with bending further out and trimming.

This is probably the cleanest way anyway.
