I haven't been on a holiday for over 10 years, next year im going away with my daughter (10 years old) and was looking for a place to go.

Our requirements are...

Near to the sea as we both love swimming and would love to use a pool and the sea.

Looking at 10 days away

Children's activities,water park ect.

Children's hotel is fine as she will have other children to play with

Around the £900 mark for bed and breakfast.

Who is the best travel company to book with ?

In august 2017.

Any ideas please :)

filter on spain, B&B/half board, tick beachfront then filter on tripadvisor reviews. read them and then pick the best one in your budget. Sometimes they have kids water parks attached.

I'm going away with family to Ibiza Setpember 2017 (the last week of school holiday as it was cheap).

The hotel we have book has beach front location, multiple pools and a waterpark.

I'd actually say the West coast of Turkey. It's fairly safe over there and a beautiful area. The people were generally fantastic is aswell.

Unless you get attacked at the airport :( or caught up in a cote or something.

I wouldn't go to any muslim country with family.

I wouldn't mind ibiza, went there for a day and was lovely, how much did that cost you as my holiday is in the last week of the holiday also.

Consider the Caribbean. I'm not sure if you'll find any waterparks there, but you'll find plenty of beaches and pools.

(no idea what the cost of airfare from the UK would be, so this may not fit your budget.)

Oh come off it. The guy is asking for holiday destinations, give it a break.

If you're looking for more child friendly holidays, then Spain is a pretty good shout or possibly the southwest of France.

Isle of Wight was fantastic when we went and lovely for kids too. Dunno if you could last 10 days though.

Failing that, South of France is also lovely. Very picturesque with all the vineyards and stuff and the beaches are amazing.

I want to go on a plane,my daughter has never been on one

That was about £2000 over my budget :)

I appreciate all the reply s guys but i need hotels ect based on people going there,i can go anywhere in malta, spain, greece but not knowing what the hotel is like im totally lost :)

Lanzarote ticks all the boxes.

B&B will just get you within budget.

3 hour flight from regional airports so flying is nice and easy.

Lots of day trips: The Green Caves, Rio del Mirador etc.

Guaranteed sunshine in August.

English Widely spoken.

We stayed in Costa Teguise and there's a few beaches there, one of which has an artificial breakwater creating a little lagoon and the kids there loved it. You could see little kids out snorkelling in the sea on their own and they were obviously loving it.

I'll put a few photos up of the lagoon.

In Malta I stayed at The Palace (5 stars) and Victoria (4 stars). Both were lovely hotels.
