First HTPC Build

Hi, I'm moving in to a new flat soon and I can't get cable and sky is just too expensive for what I want, so I've decided to build a HTPC with freeview. I don't really want to spend more than £300. It doesn't need to do anything intensive, I have an i7 box to do all that.

It seems the cases are the most expensive parts to a HTPC and there isn't really much choice on Overclockers.

I have been looking at the Asus AMD E35: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-442-AS

I'll get say 4gig of RAM a 1TB HD a DVD-ROM not fussed about Blu-Ray but I can get one in the future if I want, and if I want to burn something I can Just use my main PC.

So I just need help in deciding the case, PSU, TV-Card/Remote (Are the remotes that come with the cards any good? They look pretty tacky) and any other recommendations for mobo/cpu combinations which may be cheaper or more powerful.

Thanks for any help in advance
