First job interview :D

Completely out of the blue this morning, i get a phone call from kit heath&co, a jewellers based about 10 miles away, asking me if i'd be interested in an interview for an accounts assistant on monday morning! Nice thing to wake up to, really didn't expect it either.. i've never even heard of them!

Ah well, i'm looking forward to it, it'll be an experience in itself even if i dont get the job

Good luck mate i've just started a new job as an accounts assistant and really enjoying it so far.

Seems weird for them to randomly ring you, are you registered in an agency or something? Seems an odd position to be head hunted for.

Make sure you show your really enthusiastic about a career in accounts i'm fairly certain that helped me loads.

Marv i've no idea, the only thing i can think of is i put my CV up online AGES ago and totally forgot about it until my mum mentioned it earlier.. doh :rolleyes:

Gave it my best, will find out probably by thursday if i've got it or not, but i'm not expecting to get it

im desperate to find a decent accounts assistant!!!

I had a person come in for an interview today. she arrived 40 minutes early. didnt know what agency she was from and couldnt remember who she had to ask for yet the agency had spoke to her about 10 minutes before. cos i wasnt there they asked her to return at the correct time. then she arrived 10 minutes late
