Hi All.
I just finished my first LC PC.I And i am a little dissapointed.I have i 7 860 running at 4,0 Ghz and my temps are about 40 degrees.I have 360 radiator,Ek pump,Heatkiller cpu block,250mm reservoir and 3/8" tubing.
Are those temps normal?

Load up the cpu with prime, and then judge the temps. Thats the only way as idle temps would roughly be the same no matter what cooling is being used.

That seems about right, really all depends on what speed you have the fans running at, what vcore the cpu needs for that overclock. And ofcourse the ambient room temp.

i have about 24 degrees in room.
V core is 1.32 Bclk 200x20.
Would make any diffrence if i would change tubing to 1/2".
I think my case is too small as well i got haf 922, i had a lot of trouble putting 360mm rad on the top.My fans are touching my memmory.

Tubing no difference.

It does seem a little high. My i7 950 (I know, slightly different) maxes out at 62C at 4Ghz with a triple rad (and it's cooling the two gtx470's as well) but I only have 1.28v running through it.

On the other hand the temp reached with OCCT you will never see again in real life and 70C is well below the max for the cpu.

What fans do you have and which rad?

I get high 50's, low 60's generally with my clock and vcore below, on a 240 rad with both fans allways sub 1000rpm. But on hot days that can creep closer to 70.

Thats all in an old CM590 case, so abit smaller and cramped then a HAF 922.

Basicly i would'nt worry to much, you could allways try to see if u can get away with less vcore, but in all honesty those temps are not that bad, but not brilliant either, but probably due to the vcore.

I have triple 120mm radiator Ek Coolstream 360 XT,fans are standard Coolemaster from Haf 922 case. How tight the cpu should be,should i squeez the spring a lot.
I have vey small bubles in reservoir,is it means that is not bleed properly?
