First Loop Build

So i'm in the middle of putting together my very first loop but i'm realy struggling to get the bubbles out of the tubes.

They're pretty small and seem to be caught in the gap between outside of the barb and tube and so aren't subjected to any flow when the pump is on. I've tried all the standard rocking back and forth etc but nothing seems to be shifting them.

The question is (assuming here that they won't really affect the loop in any way), can they be removed as currently when i'm looking at it they just annoy me/take away from the loop of the loop. Is it just a matter of time and eventually they will all settle out?

Pic is of the bubble size because I can't get a good pic of the area i'm talking about. The part i'm talking about is the fittings going in/out of the rad in the roof of the case.

I'm being massively impatient, about 30 mins .

I figured they would go, was just trying to see if there's a way to speed up the process other than running the pump for hours.

Yeah, it's looking a bit better but every few times I stop/start the pump it goes a bit nuts and churns a load more air into the loop.

I'm being a bit more patient this time but it's my first build so the whole kid at xmas syndrome is challenging to supress
