First loop since q6600 days, advice welcome.

Re read the instructions which show lr22 to have no pads, so removed these, refilled, now no post at all with the gpu installed.

Tired of draining and refilling now :-/

No idea what I've done with the card, hopefully it's not dead but not sure why it's now not posting at all with it.

I am now posting from my main rig, all sorted.

I had to buy a replacement GPU, not sure if other dead it seems it, but will have a look in a week or so need a break :D

Only issue I have is mainly aesthetic, tube from top of gpu to distribution goes up slightly, annoyingly into the port below it is offset the other way.

I have ordered an offset fitting to fix but I doubt I will drain it anytime soon so will be a future fix.

GPU temps seem really good, cpu gets a little high, but I think they do even under water nowadays?

Ignore the rainbow rgb it's just default at the moment.

Yeah some of the latest cpus
Will push temperature limit as hard
As possible to boost higher
95c for some is rated as OK
Though shouldn't reach that on watercooling
So depends which cpu
And how high you're actually getting
They're prone to sudden spikes too
So a fan curve with a slower polling rate
Is useful
Or fan curve based on coolant temperature

Got everything running silent, was the main goal - hate hearing gpu spin up in demanding games it ruined the experience for me

Wasn't sure what the pump rpm needed to be at but it doesn't seem to make a massive diff so just set it so it was inaudible.

After approximately 75--80% pump speed
Very little to be gained
