ok i've nevr o/ced memory before so i have no idea where to start. i have Geil pc6400 ddr2 2gig, it's all the sig really.

advise please, any programs to test it?

Its almost the same as CPU overclocking. Raise FSB until you hit a wall...then increase ram voltageand find the next wall.

You will also have to match the CPU overclock with that of your ram to try and get both to their max stable speeds.
