First OC - Is it safe.

I've tried my first over clock and temps are 47 idle, have not tried load yet. left everything on auto apart from

CPU Ratio 20
BCLK 200
CPU volt 1.30V
and dram 2000MHz (OCZ 1600MHz thought I would OC and see
what happens)
Seems OK but temps look bit high

What mobo is it?

Its a P6t SE

Cheers Dave, will do that as it was Ok in windows but didn't always boot.
more adjustment needed.
