First overclock experience

My system consists of
AMD 955 Black Edition 3.2ghz CPU
MSI GTX460 Hawk GPU

Now my question is, overclocking which of these would I see the greater performance increase ? Also, which one would be the easiest, as this is my first time overclocking.

I use the computer for gaming the most, so Im going to try and overclock the GPU first.

Just as an update. So far I have got up to 840mhz / mem 1860 and have temps of 61c

I dont know if this is good or not, but my fps are defo going up , lol
