ive got it upto 2.9 32m stable, but cant seem to get it stable at 3.0 (which im dying to do :) )

have i got any settings wrong here? its only on low volts (1.488v) and the temps are fine

im running some things on auto like voltage/multiplier, should these be manually set?

spec is:

opty 148 cabye 0543
asus a8ne
2gb geil value
tagen 580
zalman 9500

how do i get the memory running faster? what should the ram timings be?

my board will only let me go to 1.55v so ill try that.

im a complete novice to overclocking, im surprised ive got this far

ive put the volts upto 1.55 (cpuz shows its going fluctuating from that to 1.6v)

the ram timings are on manual and ive set the multi to 11 but i still cant get it stable at 3.0, although it does take longer to fail in super pi

what should i set the ram timings to? i havnt got a clue what they should be :S

i changed the ram timings to 2.5, 3, 3, 7 and put a bit more power through it and voila :)

changed the multi to 10 so i could get a faster ram speed aswel, it worked the same with a multi of 11 though.

the volts are only set to 1.55 in bios, not sure why they are shown as 1.6 in cpuz?

anyway, well chuffed ive got a quality chip :)

edit, temps were/are 33 idle 42 load i think
